Suite 1: Elliot Kostick, CPA
Kostick and Associates occupied this 2240 sq. ft. suite December of 2002. Located on the North end of the building the space was the first new build outs after the present owners purchased the building.

Suite 5: Center of Psychological Effectiveness
This 1390 sq. ft. suite was completed April of 2012. Thibeaux Architecture and the tenant worked together to design a suite specifically dedicated to the tenant's professional use. Orangemen Construction did the build out.

Suite 6, 7 and 8: Jeffery Marks, MD (Urology)
Dr. Marks has occupied suites 6 and 7 since before the present owner purchaed the building in 2001. Suite #8 was added in March 2008 to make a total of 3619 sq. ft.

Suite 9: Richard Leiderman, DDS (Periodontics)
Dr. Leiderman has occupied this 1670 sq. ft. space since March of 2007. This also was a custom build out to the tenants professional requirements. The tenant did the layout with Thibeaux Architecture doing the drawings and engineering. Construction was done by the tenant's contractor.

Suite 10: Robert Collier, JD (Law)
Collier and Associate have occupied this 1670 sq. ft. space since July of 2006. consisting of five private offices, a conference room and secretarial area, the space was a new build out by Orangemen Construction with architectural services by Thibeaux Architecture.
