Suite 101: Ianto Dental Laboratory
Ianto (Bobby) Thomas has occupied a 1608 Sq. Ft. suite located on the north side of the building, east of the main entrance since 2002. Suite 103: Tory Lindh, DDS (General Dentistry)
Suite 103, 3014 sq. ft. has been a dental office since the building was occupied in 1973. Completely rebuilt in 2002, and constantly updated since, it is the state of the art office of Dr. Tory Lindh and Associate.

Suite 105: Mel Krohn, DMD (Oral Surgery)
Dr. Krohn is one the original tenants, occupying this 1608 sq. ft. space since the building was built in 1973.
Suite 107: Your Orthodontist, LLC
Dr. Cohen-Sasoon purchased Dr. Kaltman's practice November of 2011.

Suite 108-109: Kip Ring, DDS and Al Ziemba, DDS
These two suites, consisting of a total of 2351 sq. ft., were build as a dental office at the time of the building's construction. Dr. Ziemba, the current occupant, completely rebuilt the office before occupying in 1997. He was joined by Dr. Ring in 2003.

Suite 110: Royal Dental Care (General Dentistry)
Dr. Skaff has occupied this 1162 sq. ft. suite since May of 2009. Originally a dental office from time of building construction, he has updated the entire office.

Suite 111: Psychological Strategies (Clinical Psychology)
Lauren Cohn, Ph.D and Lori Pink, L.C. S. W. have occupied this 1111 sq. ft. space since October of 2004. The space was built to their professional requirements at that time.

International Sleep Center has occupied this 1608 sq. ft. space since September of 2009. The space was built to the requirements of the tenant.

Suite 115: Steven Rosenberg, DDS (General Dentistry)
Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Zerulick built this 2652 sq ft. office from a "swept out slab" in 2003 occupying January of 2004. Dr. Zerulick has retired and Dr. Roserberg has been joined by Dr. Healek.

Suite 116: Physical Therapy
This 1552 sq. ft. suite was re-purposed from a general office to a physical therapy office in 2011. Originally a medical office, the suite was completely rebuilt in 2009 by Orangemen Construction.
Healthy Life Therapy& Rehab is a Medicare comprehensive outpatient rehab facility (Medicare CORF).
